1. Introduction and Acceptance

Upon detection, all related accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

acr365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been compromised; (c) your activity constitutes fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; or (d) continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Where legally permissible, acr365 will notify you of such action.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Game Integrity

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
